Tingsha cymbals are meditation bells used by Buddhists during prayers and rituals. These Buddhist Tingsha cymbal consists of two small metal cymbals with a leather cord between them. The two cymbals are tapped together at an edge of pure bell tone. They are also used to heal auras. They can be run at any time when one wants to achieve a calm and meditative state of mind, because of this they are also called meditation bell. These Tibetan bells can also be rung to fix a moment or place in one's memory.
