Shipping

We ship based on the shipping option you choose at checkout.   Our preferred method is USPS First Class or Priority as it provides tracking information.  Your confirmation will contain tracking information so you can track your shipment at USPS.com

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  We try to ship everything out within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

We only ship to US, Canada, and Australia from this website.  You can always visit us on Etsy to see if your region is available for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in the original packaging. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase date. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Candles, soaps and oils cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Please email us at sales@celestialhabit.com with your order # (found on invoice and/or packing slip) and your reason for return. Once we have received your request, we will notify you via email with instructions on where to send your return. Once your return has been received and inspected we will issue a refund for the amount of the product only (shipping is non-refundable). Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (ie: paypal, mastercard, visa etc).

RESTOCKING FEE - If an order is returned due to no fault of Celestial Habit, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied before a refund is issued. 

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged items: Celestial Habit is not responsible for damaged items. Please contact your local post office to file a damage claim.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
